PDGA Europe has teamed up with House of Discs to launch a new initiative aimed at boosting the growth of disc golf throughout Europe. The campaign, titled “Put a Disc in Their Hands”, focuses on one simple but powerful concept—getting beginner-friendly discs directly into the hands of new players.

According to PDGA Europe, experience from previous promotional activities shows that players are far more likely to take up disc golf regularly if they are given a disc to take home after their first experience with the sport. Building on this idea, the new campaign makes it easier and more affordable for European clubs and national associations to provide discs at community events, league days, and introduction clinics.
Affordable Disc Bundles for Clubs and Associations
As part of the campaign, Latitude 64 and Discmania are offering discounted bundles of 50 beginner discs through their official European online stores. These packages are designed to fit the budgets of local clubs and organizers, making it more accessible to distribute discs at grassroots events.
The campaign offers three levels of support:
Any club or organizer can order the 50-disc bundles with a 20% discount by using the promo code CLUB20 during checkout.
The first 500 bundles are available at a 50% discount through promo codes distributed to PDGA Europe’s 29 Country Coordinators. These discs are intended exclusively as gifts for new players and are not to be resold or rented.
Additional Support for Promotional Projects. PDGA Europe will also receive additional disc bundles to be used in specific promotional programs and grant-funded activities.
Growing the Sport—One Disc at a Time
A key condition of the campaign is that clubs receiving the discounted discs commit to using them to introduce new players to the sport. Organizers are also encouraged to share their promotional activities on social media, tagging PDGA Europe, Latitude 64 or Discmania, and their national disc golf association.
The “Put a Disc in Their Hands” campaign represents a significant collaborative effort to expand disc golf in Europe, focusing on accessibility and community engagement.
