The 2025 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships — known simply as Worlds 2025 — is set to make history this summer as the world’s most prestigious disc golf event heads to Europe for the first time. From July 26 to August 3, the top professional disc golfers on the planet will gather in Nokia and Tampere, Finland for nine days of competition, community celebration, and the sport's largest-ever expo.

Competition to Be Held on Two Established Courses
The tournament will be played on two internationally recognized courses:
The Beast in Nokia – par 63, 2,794 meters
The Monster in Tampere – par 67, 3,280 meters
Both courses have hosted major events like the European Open and will be updated for the World Championships. The final round will be played on The Beast course.
Expo Set to Break Records
Taking place during the final weekend of the championships, the Disc Golf Expo will be held August 2–3 at Nokia Ice Hall. It is expected to attract over 10,000 visitors, with 20–30 brands showcasing products, merchandise, and innovations. Entry to the expo is free of charge.
The event will also include a special exhibition on the history of Finnish disc sports.
Registration and International Participation
Registration for the event is open. In the first phase, top athletes from each country in the MPO and FPO divisions are eligible. So far, players from 16 countries have registered.
